Notebook or Tablet will not connect to the WiFi

A notebook or tablet will not connect to the WiFi after it has been in sleep mode for an extended period.

For security our system will drop the connection of a system that is in sleep mode for an extended period of time.  To prevent this shut down the computer at the end of the day.  Pushing the power button/closing the lid puts it in sleep mode.  Use the operating system to shutdown the system.

To reconnect on Windows XP/Vista/7:
Click the WiFi icon by the clock and click connect to the CTK network.
If that does not work restart the computer.  Otherwise create a help ticket.

To reconnect on Windows 8.x:
Swipe from the right side of the screen to open the charms bar.  Then touch settings.  Next touch the WiFi icon.  Touch the CTK network and touch connect.
If that does not work restart the computer.  Swipe from the right side of the screen to open the charms bar. Then touch Power and Restart.  Otherwise create a help ticket.
